Increased Police Presence: East St and Wellington St

The Sarnia Police Service are currently in the area of East Street and Wellington Street in Sarnia regarding an ongoing weapons investigation.

There is an increased police presence as Sarnia Police officers attempt to locate an individual and we are asking the public to avoid the area while the investigation is continuing.

There is no immediate concern for public safety at this time.
