Fourth Home Invasion Suspect Identified by Police

On June 14, 2023 shortly after 9:00pm, the Sarnia Police Service responded to a complaint of a Break and Enter that occurred in the area of Devine Street and Westbury Ct in the City of Sarnia. Police discovered that four males had broken into a residence and assaulted some of the occupants. One of the occupants sustained injuries to their head and face as a result of the attack and was transported to Bluewater Health by Lambton EMS for medical attention. The injured party was treated and released from the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

As previously reported (See Media Release here), three males had already been identified. The identified males were arrested and charged on June 20, 2023. Following bail hearings, each has since been released on bail and their matters remain before the courts.

As a result of the continued investigation, Sarnia Police have identified the fourth male involved as:
Devin Porter, 22 years, of Sarnia.
A warrant for Mr. Porter's arrest has been issued for the following offences:
  1. Break and Enter to Commit an Indictable Offence
  2. Robbery
  3. Assault Causing Bodily Harm
  4. Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
